The Plague Year. I travelled to Tel Aviv for a global team meeting only to find my manager quarantined. The following week I travelled to Greece just as the first cases were discovered. After a quick trip to Paris at the beginning of March, I had managed to dodge the infection during my travels and hunkered down at home for the duration.
Summer in the mountains with a day trip to Italy and a solo getaway to Provence.
Writing this at the end of August, I count myself lucky that no one in my family has been touched so far. Keeping my fingers crossed and playing it safe.
